  Yeah basically! In fact now that I'm seeing it, we don't even need the checkbox; you can turn off triggering with modifier keys by unchecking them all. So the layout could be formlayout-style kind of like this:
  
    Triggers
    Keyboard shortcut: [shortcut control]
        Modifier keys: [] alt [] ctrl [] shift [] meta
  
  Or of the shortcut UI can't be on a single row, then we would use headers instead:
  
    Keyboard shortcut triggers
    [shortcut control]
    
    Modifier key triggers
    [] alt [] ctrl [] shift [] meta
