REVISION SUMMARY
  This file was unused and would try to find
  QtPlatformSupport/private/qfontconfigdatabase_p.h which does not exist.
  FindQt5FontDatabaseSupport.cmake does search for the header in the right
  place instead.

TEST PLAN
  Grepped for the file being used in other cmake code, rebuilt KWin without it.
