D18453: Delete WindowPixmaps of resized sub-surfaces

REVISION SUMMARY
  A WindowPixmap assumes that its size is constant. A sub-surface might get
  resized. Discard its WindowPixmap then.
  
  To be informed via signal about a resize of one of its children the
  WindowPixmap class inherits QObject from now on.

TEST PLAN
  testShmBufferSizeChangeOnSubSurface passes.
