D19012: [qpa] Drop PlatformContextWayland which uses wayland egl for OpenGL

  We don't seem to be able to switch currently.
  I didn't know if it was something you ever wanted to restore. I think it should be possible to blit the GL clients and support it.
  
  If it's not something we'll ever want - ship it!
