  - Rebase on master;
  - Use setOriginalSkipTaskbar instead of setSkipTaskbar for now;
  - KWin doesn't emit a configure event when interactive resize is finished, so mark corresponding QVERIFY and QCOMPARE with QEXPECT_FSIL.
