Having an application on the correct screen

Hi,
He have several applications that aspire to place themselves in the
screen where the mouse is. yakuake and krunner pop into my head but
I'm sure there's others.

At the moment, on wayland they just show up in a random display.

Do we have a way to implement that properly?
