It's not. There's a difference.

  updateGlobalShortcut(KGlobalAccelPrivate::DefaultShortcut | KGlobalAccelPrivate::ActiveShortcut);

the other

  updateGlobalShortcut(KGlobalAccelPrivate::ActiveShortcut);

but it doesn't really matter in this case
