D23074: refactor: Drop AbstractClient::resizeWithChecks without QSize

REVISION SUMMARY
  This method is currently being used only in one place. Therefore we can
  completely switch to the QSize counterpart.
  
  This simplifies code a bit as we no longer have to do ugly
  
    using AbstractClient::resizeWithChecks;

TEST PLAN
  Compiles.
