The whole point of using a compositing window manager on X11 is to get rid of screen tearing and make windows wobbly, right? The idea is that for that we don't need the "no vsync" option. Minimizing screen tearing is achieved when respecting the vsync, so why should there be an option to not do it in a window compositor?
