If the change is reverted, can we please have a kcm or settings
component in kwin, with the VDG team assigned? The recent QML
and KConfigXT refactorings will likely result in regressions.

If the VDG decides a bug isn't in the UI changes, then it can again
be reassigned to general component (which was used previously for KCM
bugs considering there was no better option).
