REVISION SUMMARY
  Allow a process with X-KDE-Wayland-Interfaces=org_kde_kwin_effect-screenshot in its Service file,
   to take screenshots without confirmation.
  
  Allow to use X-KDE-Original-Executable to find to executable if it is not in the Exec field.
  
  Adds a utility file to group KService related logic.
