Move and resize windows with mouse buttons

Hello,

I would like to move and resize windows associating this action to a mouse
button click and a drag action, without the need to use any keyboard key at
the same time. To my understanding there is no setting currently available
in KWin to obtain this behaviour, so I would like to try to modify the
source code in order to get this functionality.

Could you point me to the source code area where this could be implemented?
