Kate - User Feedback - August 2020

Hi folks,

Just something I've noticed, I'd have been happy to activate the telemetry but 
for some reason I don't even have that option in my settings.

I'm running KDE Neon with

Kate 20.04.3
KDE Frameworks 5.72.0
Qt 5.14.2 (built against 5.14.2)
The xcb windowing system

In the main system settings user feedback I have it at max and have done since 
it came out, in case that was part of triggering it as per Kate. Something KDE 
Neon has done or something weird I might have in an old dotfile?
