Help needed with Kate for Windows plugin

I would like to download and install a Text Filter plugin into my Kate for
Win. Kate is already installed and functions great! I have used it on Linux
and was quite pleased with it.



I don’t know where to find the Text Filter plugin for Windows, and then, I
don’t really know how to install it.



Any help is appreciated.
