Setting default printer margins in kate

Hi,

I use Linux Mint. When I want to print something with Kate, I have to 
set the margins to something that will work, but I have to do it _every 
time_ I print.

The page defaults for printing are: 0.20in for top and bottom, and 
0.14in for right and left.

Could you please tell me the file location, and the file's name, so I 
can change the default margins?
