Add detach tab option in tab-right-click drop-menu

Dear Developers of Kate,

Currently, Kate doesn't support detach tab feature for multiple-tabbed Kate instance.

For another KDE utility - Dolphin (the File Manager of KDE), it support detach tab in tab-right-click drop-menu.

This feature is very convenient.
