I have a Windows/Manjaro Dual Boot.

This happens under Manjaro Linux Plasma KDE/QT which includes Kate Version 22.04.3

The copy/paste works. But after reopening the file after a reboot i notice "questions marks" "?" instead of ( ' " ...)

' " ... are the 3 most affected symbols that transform to "?". THIS IS THE ISSUE!

It does not happen with my own written text!

Here's 2 examples. One from manjaro Support forum. And one from Quora.
