Hi,

some late feedback on this topic.

Having used MSVC now for several weeks, I can confirm that the kate fuzzy 
search behaves/behaved somewhat similar to the quick completion (or what the 
name is) in MSVC. But.. I'm not impressed by the navigation feature in MSVC, 
including its filename completion. I'm happy to say that kate does better. :-)
