Help required with Kate Snippets and Keyboard Macros Plugin - Kate 22.08

Greetings.

I need some help.

According to The Kate Handbook for Version 22.08 (
https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kate/kate/kate.pdf ), there are two
features available that I can't find where they are supposed to be, and I
have no idea how to access them:

   - (4.17) Kate Snippets
   - (4.18) Keyboard Macros Plugin.


I'm currently using Kubuntu 22.04, and I uninstalled the previous version
of Kate and installed the snap version Kate 22.08 from Discovery.

How can I gain access to both features?
