I can start to dig in and see what is possible, I will open three different threads in the mailing list for the points I've mentioned probably starting with the easiest one, point 2). My idea there is not really related with the interaction with errors and warnings (which would be point 3) rather with the possibility of observing the possible generated standard output while coding but trying to minimize as much as possible the interruption of the flow allowing for a smooth cycle of coding =3D> compiling =3D> standard output check =3D> coding witho= ut ever the need of leaving the keyboard.
