KAppTmplates and .kateproject

Hi,

None of the current KAppTemplates have a .kateproject file. Should I:
1) Add an auto-generated .kateproject file for templates with a CMakeLists.=
txt=20
file and not a .kateproject already

2) I add the file to the templates

3) 1+2
=20
