Lot of optimization suggested

Hello,  I have some suggestion for KDE:
- Possibility to deactivate the animation especially with remote control 
with Xdmcp
- Compression image and network audio and optimization of the network 
usage with Xdmcp for it usable on internet
- Possibility of disable all consume memory for KDE4 server version, 
especially plasma, ksysguard, and minimize the usage of memory when no 
session are opened.
