PerlQt 3.009 beta 2 released

This time, PerlKDE should actually, genuinely be included and working
for people other than me. I'm able to run the kludgeror example script
(Konqueror KPart run from perl). Also included the fix for the broken
configure script.

To compile PerlKDE, either have libsmokekde already installed, or:

perl Makefile.PL --with-smoke=kde; make; make test
