Yes, as a matter of fact it IS a make file error that is causing this.... I 
started looking closely, and found that MakeMaker isn't creating the 
Makefile.PL in the PerlKDE directory. I'll be perfectly honest that I don't 
know Makefiles well enough to even begin to fix this :( Can someone please 
have a look at the last part of the configure script to get it have MakeMaker  
generate the proper files? Thanks a million.
