Broken KCalUtils kcalendar_grantlee_plugin in 22.04.0

KCalUtils in the 22.04.0 release has a bug that keeps 
kcalendar_grantlee_plugin from loading, and bug reports are starting to 
come in:  see bug 452480 and duplicates.  Commit 494331a2 fixes it.   At 
the moment Neon Stable and SUSE Tumbleweed are affected, and Arch has 
applied the patch.

Should someone alert the downstream distributors?
