Infomaniak kMail (trademark issue?)

I found an app named kMail on F-droid. It's made by a company named
Infomaniak. It's for Android and iOS, I have no idea if there is a
desktop version.

The company has some "k"-named apps: kMail, kMeet, kSync, kDrive.

I thought you'd want to know, because law requires companies to defend
their trademarks proactively (otherwise the rights to the trademark
are lost).
