Kraft broken with Akonadi Changes

Hi,

Kraft breaks to build with the changes in Akonadi Contacts which is the 
switch to KPim${KF_MAJOR_VERSION}Akonadi in CMakeLists.txt and also (in 
Krafts case) some #includes.

While I can probably figure how to fix that to work with the latest 
version of Akonadi only I wonder if anybody knows an example how to 
especially tweak the CMakeLists to work also with older versions of 
Akonadi as well, to be able to seamlessly build  on older distros?

Is there any doc, blog, mail about the change? Sorry if I missed that.
