Re: January/February KDE PIM summary blog post

KAlarm:

- Replaced use of Phonon by libcanberra to play sounds. This provides thread 
safe playback, which should finally fix the longstanding issues with audio 
alarms.

- Fix detection of UTC time zone, which changed in Qt 6.6.

- Some Wayland fixes.
