KAlarm:

Replace libcanberra audio backend with VLC, since libcanberra is unmaintained 
and does not recognise recent audio formats. Also added a build option to use 
MPV as an alternative, since some distros (e.g. Slackware) will not allow a 
dependency on VLC.
