Hi!

Currently nobody is working on Quanta. I'm working on a kdevplatform-plugin
that can be used in KDevelop or Quanta. If Quanta4 doesn't have any active
development it's not a big problem for me - KDevelop is just fine.
However I'd really like to see Quanta moving forward! Quanta3 is a really great
application - and we can make more out if it!
