Bug in project upload window size - no content until resized

	With quanta on KDE 3.5.10 "release 33.1" there is a bug with the Upload
Project (F8) window that causes the tree of files to be uploaded not to display:

	It isn't until you physically resize the window that you see what files are
going to be uploaded. See:

	Is there some setting I can change that will fix this? Is this something I
need to submit a bug on? If so where? KDE? openSuSE? Let me know. Thanks.
