Hi,

Quanta 3.5 includes the option to save your toolbars. (Menu "Toolbars")
Is it possible that you altered your toolbars lately? It sounds reasonably
to me that creating and saving toolbars can mess up the Quanta toolbar
layout.
However I never encountered it (as so far).
