First, complain to (k)ubuntu for not shipping this kioslaves.

1) compile kdelibs+kdebase+kdewebdev from source and you will have a 
working fish://

2) read the source to find how it is obscured. :) My kde-3.5 sources are 
now tarred, so I can't find the exact line that does it...
