If I was you, and I'm not, but if I was, I would use Dreamweaver.  It beats
pretty much any editing software hands down in the development game.

I know it probably won't help, it's just my opinion.

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread though, I'm just as interested as
you are to run Quanta on Windows.
