Upload plugin again

Hey,

Sorry it's again my "irritating user" self. Although using Upload plugin showed really important bug.

It is - when I upload something (for example via sftp as today I'm doing so) to the server, it sends files, but with completely messed permissions. I have 755 on all folders and 600 (or something like that) on all files. It leads to PHP application completely not working, as user I'm uploading with is not apache (normal situation I think ;) ).

Could you Niko, or someone, take a look please?

Ouh I've checked normally kio - uploading via Dolphin doesn't does such things.

And on the side one feature request - it would be really nice to see some file management options in upload window, like at least delete and file properties.

Sorry for being so annoying, but am just trying to give some feedback as a user on testing software.
