Hi Milian,

I think that the only folder needed in the repositories is /sites/all/ 
since it is here that the custom theme and the needed modules will be 
placed. But in reality, only the theme directory will be checked in and 
out by various people working on the layout. I believe that the modules 
folder, along with the other folders, should not be touched since they 
are strictly Drupal back-end.

You can count me in, if you'd like, to help out with Drupal.
