Code Review Highlighting

Hi -

I am using PHP / HTML highlighting in the editor.

I am doing a code review of hundred of functions in some libraries. Is there
some way I can flag some code as having been reviewed (while leaving the
PHP/HTML highlighting in place)? Didn't know quite how to search for it.
