I've been asked to develop a parallel site for mobile devices (phones) and 
want to follow the "Mobile Web Best Practices" ( 
http://www.w3.org/TR/mobile-bp/ ) which says to use XHTML Basic 1.1 ( 
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-basic/ ). 

Does anyone have a DTEP package for that or should I create one and upload it?
