Repeated variable names in auto-complete popup

When requesting auto-complete in the blank area of PHP document (my fingers 
just do it to annoy me), quanta generates list of all variables referenced in 
the document. As the subject says, variable names in this list are repeated 
many times (as many times as variable in repeated in the code).  In large 
document this can be a large list and it cases quanta to pause for a second 
or two and then presents me with useless pop-up.

This does not seem like a big deal to me and it happens only in the above 
scenario (usually auto-complete works as expected) but it would be good if it 
could be avoided.
