Quanta and KDE 4 synchro

Hi,
I guess a big mess in when KDE4 will be out, because of some apps are ready, 
some are not.
Is there a plan for Quanta?
Will quanta users have to wait for some KDE 4.0.1+ versions to have 
integration?
I dont critisize, I just ask in order to prevent and plan.
