Quanta hangs when starting

Hi

I have a problem in that Quanta will no longer start anymore.

I think it is trying to load in the files that the last session had but
that one or more of these files no longer exists.

Is there any config file i can edit to stop it trying to load in the
last sessions files?

At present I cannot use Quanta at all because of this problem which is
most frustrating!
