DTEP for Smarty templates

I'm at work, and can't search my home machine at the moment, but I
think once upon a time I developed a DTEP for Smarty so that Quanta
'knows' Smarty syntax and functions.  I think it's important for
Quanta to offer syntax highlighting of .tmpl files (Smarty)

When looking at this page
http://www.smarty.net/contribs/syntax_highlighting/ (which is hard to
find) there isn't anything listed for Quanta.

Does anybody have a DTEP for Smarty?
