Error with mailto:

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04. 

Here is the code I'm using:

Email: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank"
href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>

When I preview and I click on the email link, here is the error I get: 

An error occurred while loading mailto:[email protected]:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
 klauncher said: Error loading 'kmailservice %u'.

I'm using Evolution and Quanta Plus 3.5.9

This error is only happening in Quanta. When I send the email and the
recipient clicks on the email link, it works fine.

Any clues?
