KLinkStatus (KDE 3.5.2) giving bogus 404's

When I run KLinkStatus against http://steamedpenguin.com/ I get the following 
output: (Output attached)

I don't know why KLinkStatus responds with 404's since the links work just 
fine. Error logs show no errors either. It seems like KLinkStatus falsely 
reports 404's.

Also, While the HTML output is correct, the KLinkStatus UI shows the above 
link as:

http://steamedpenguin.com/2006/03/28/backend-changes-for-the-site#respond

In fact, many links are shown missing a trailing slash even when the trailing 
slash is in the sites markup.
