dummy.cpp in kimagemapeditor?

Hi, the build system creates two files kimagemapeditor/dummy.cpp and .h in the source folder. 1. what is happening there? Do we really need this? 2. If we need it, can we change it to create the files in the build folder and not in the source folder?
