Hi,

Quanta 4 will be based on KDevPlatform - the platform created for KDevelop 4.
Quanta 4 is not yet usable - but you can use KDevelop4 if you need Php
Langauge support.
Other Web-Languages (Html, Css, JavaScript) are currently not
supported. (Kate syntax highlighting
works of course)
