I have done all my web development in Quanta over the last few years, and I
was patiently waiting for the KDE 4 upgrade.  I guess if I want it I'll have
to work for it. :)

I would be happy to volunteer some time to moving Quanta forward.  Is there
a freenode channel to gather in?
