On what area do you want to work?
Some ideas:
- improve Php (http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Quanta/Feature_Plan_4)
- Php formatter
- Continue on Css support (there is something in playground already)
- Html support (Ruan is currently starting on this)
- improve projectview for webprojects
- fix bugs Quanta itself
