DK 8.7, 8.6 not running under Ubuntu 24

Hi all! 
I had to upgrade my pc from Ubuntu 20.0.4 due to frequent freezes, so I upgrade to Ubuntu 22, then 24. 
With Ubuntu 20 I worked successfully with DK 8.6.0-20250308T070053-Qt6-x86-64-debug.appimage. 

Now the same appimage no more works, neither DK 8.7 appimage (all my appimages are, on /home, in a separate partition). 

ldd --version returns 2.39
What can I test? 
I have only a very little knowledege of Linux.
