Face Recognition work flow

I have had two thoughts after using face recognition, for some time.

1) When I open an image there may be many faces identified, I only want 
to tag a few. These may or may not be already recognised. What I want is 
a simple way of deleting all those faces which I have not tagged with a 
person, out of the people tag list, after I have identified all those I 
wish to label.

2) I would like the above feature and the "clear all faces on this 
image" functions assignable to a keystroke, rather than having to click 
my way using a right button menu.
